Meet Sparky! His mom and dad had the booth space next to mine at Brimfield. From the minute they pulled up and Sparky got out of the truck, I just knew that for me it was love at first sight. Sparky is a rescue and makes Rudy and Carol so so so very happy. He went home looking dapper in two different bow tie “Ruff”-le Wears. Here is a picture of him in his classic polka dot one. The other one that his mom picked for him was a red one. What a cutie!
